Explore What
We Can Do

Duct and Cord Covers

Our humble beginnings – we were the first and ‘Original’ Flexiduct. We have many proprietary sizes and colors. We also produce similar products for a variety of OEM’s for varied applications.

'Mega' Duct For Large Cords and Hose

Need an ‘in-between’ size duct that is larger than what is used in an office setting but smaller than the heavy metal or ridged covers? Our Mega Duct is perfect for concerts, industrial hoses and capable of handling light truck traffic.

Co-Extrusion (Two Materials or Colors Together)

We can add a ‘stripe’ to your product or introduce a second simultaneous material during the plastic extrusion process.

Flexible Extrusions Large and Small

We are a one-stop manufacturer for flexible profiles for industrial, home, office, garage, and construction applications. We have produced a myriad of flexible plastic extrusions for OEM’s, distributors and international clients. We are happy to private label as well!

Flexible Profiles FAQ

What are the typical plastic materials you work with for flexible profile extrusions?

We have traditionally worked with various durometers of flexible PVC base materials. We also work with similar flexible materials for specific customer applications. Available plastic materials are increasing yearly as new resins are developed for special purposes.

What are your part size limitations?

Our equipment is capable of profiles 6” to 7” in width.  One of the biggest challenges for any plastic extrusion company is the limits on the ‘downstream’ cooling and cutting equipment.

Will you ship in less-than-truckload (LTL) quantities?

Yes! This is one area that sets us apart from larger extrusion companies. We don’t force you to take full truckloads or delay orders due to small sized production runs. We certainly ship in full truckload quantities but have intentionally built our production processes so we can get you what you need, when you need it. This often means shipping in Less than Truckload (LTL) quantities.

Will you help me design my product?

We certainly can give you our opinion on part design that will be the best to optimize production and save you money.  This also goes for help with part design that will be the easiest to build quality tooling that is functional and meets your needs.  However, in the end, it will be up to you and your engineering partners to ensure you are designing the best part to meet your specific needs.
