Lincoln Plastics, formerly Geist Plastics, is excited to announce the promotion of two key team members. Brad Heywood has been promoted from his role as Operations manager to the newly created position of Sales Manager. In addition Cory Hall has been promoted to Operations Manager, from his Production Manager position.
Heywood started with the PCE Plastics Division in 1995, working in the maintenance department at HTI Plastics, a sister company of Lincoln Plastics. He held positions with HTI as Maintenance Manager and ISO Auditor before moving over to Lincoln Plastics as Operations Manager in 2007.
“This (sales manager) is a newly created position and we are excited to have Brad fill the role,” says Dominic Pynes, President of Lincoln Plastics. “With his technical background and knowledge of Lincoln Plastics customers, capabilities and processes we feel he is ideal for the position.”
Hall has been with Lincoln Plastics for just over 5 years, all of which were spent serving as Production Manager. Prior to his time at Lincoln Plastics he worked as a Site Manager at TW Services/Progressive Logistics, Credit Analyst at Valley Bank and Trust, and was a partner with Willow Creek Construction.
Pynes said of Cory Hall, “He has done an outstanding job in his previous role of Production Manager and I am confident he will continue to be a strong leader and team builder in his new role as Operations Manager.”
